A sea kayaking trip with 'Mad Frank' was one of the highlights of the week.

There are good places and bad places to park your car. This rates towards the 'bad' end of the scale.
Ireland has some fantastic scenery, the South West has hundreds of miles of unspoiled coastline.
It would be unfair, and, some may say sacrilegious to display photos from Ireland and not include a pint of Guiness. If you get to Killanry be sure to check out 'The Vaults', which had a convenient 'Chipper' accross the road still open at three in the morning.
St Finans Bay is one of the best surfing beaches we know of in South West Ireland...
...and it's even suitable for anyone holding a paddle
